1. Eligibility
Nominees must reside in the Nicklin electorate or contribute significantly to the Nicklin community.
Nominations can be made by individuals, organisations, or community groups.

2. Nomination Process
Nominations must be submitted via this official form online.
Each nomination must include the full name of the nominee, contact details, and a brief explanation of why they deserve to be recognised.
Incomplete or false information may result in disqualification.

3. Selection Process
Recipients will be selected by the Office of the Member for Nicklin based on the merit of the nomination.
Consideration will be given to community impact, consistency of service, and overall contribution.
The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Award Details
One recipient will be selected each month as the Nicklin Hero of the Month.
Winners will be notified directly and may be publicly acknowledged through social media, newsletters, and other public communications.
All monthly winners will be recognised in an end-of-year celebration or announcement.
Each person may submit one entry per month. If your nomination is not successful, we encourage you to apply again in the following month.

5. Consent and Media Use
By submitting a nomination, nominators confirm that the nominee consents to being nominated and, if selected, to having their name, photo, and story shared publicly.
The Office of the Member for Nicklin reserves the right to use nominee and recipient information for promotional and community engagement purposes.

6. Privacy
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and will only be used for the purpose of administering and promoting the award.
