Terms and Conditions – School’s Out Fun Pack Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is the Office of Marty Hunt MP, Member for Nicklin.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the Nicklin electorate aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway opens upon publication and closes at 10am AEST on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form during the giveaway period. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

5. Prize
There are two (2) School’s Out Fun Packs to be won. Prize contents may vary. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received after the closing date.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the details provided in their entry and announced by Friday, 26 June 2026. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

8. Prize Collection
Winners must collect their prize as directed by the Promoter. If a prize remains unclaimed after a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent
By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use and storage of their personal information by the Office of Marty Hunt MP for the purposes of administering the giveaway and providing updates, newsletters, surveys, invitations, community information and other communications relating to Marty Hunt MP’s activities and engagement with the Nicklin community.

By entering, participants agree to be added to Marty Hunt MP’s mailing list and may receive communications by email, SMS, phone or post. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting the Office of Marty Hunt MP directly.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.

10. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their first name, suburb and photograph for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.

11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an incomplete entry, provides false information, tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in the giveaway or accepting a prize.

13. Cancellation or Modification
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.

Entry into this giveaway constitutes consent to receive communications from Marty Hunt MP. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
