Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter: This giveaway is conducted by Marty Hunt MP.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents living within the Nicklin electorate only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at martyhunt.com.au. Entry is free and there is no limit on the number of entries per person.
4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 voucher from Amaroo Day Spa. Total prize value: $100 AUD. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Competition Period: Entries close at 10:00am AEST on May 8, 2026.
6. Draw & Winner Notification: The winner will be selected at random. The draw will take place shortly after the closing time. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 2:00pm AEST on May 8, 2026. The winner’s name will also be published on Facebook.
7. Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. General Conditions: The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including proof of residence). Any entry that is incomplete or deemed inappropriate may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
