Above & Beyond Awards – Voting Terms & Conditions

  • Votes must be submitted by an identified person. Anonymous or duplicate votes will not be accepted.
  • Voting is open from 1 July and closes 5pm (AEST) on July 14 and must be submitted via the official online voting platform or any other method approved by the Office of the Member for Nicklin.
  • Finalists will be announced on Thursday July 16, 2026.
  • You may vote for more than one nominee. If a nominee appears in multiple award categories, you may vote for them in each applicable category. Duplicate votes for the same nominee in the same category will not be accepted. Instead of submitting multiple votes, we encourage voters to spread the word and invite others to vote for them.
  • The Office of the Member for Nicklin reserves the right to verify votes and reject any vote that is incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Finalists and winners will be determined based on the total number of valid votes received during the voting period.
  • Finalists and winners may be publicly acknowledged through digital, print and other promotional media.
  • By participating in the voting process, voters acknowledge that the Office of the Member for Nicklin may use the names of nominees and aggregated voting outcomes for promotional and community engagement purposes.
  • All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and used only for the administration of the Nicklin Community Awards.
